Trump Returns Deposits

The Trump Organization agreed to pay at least 65 former members $5.45 million related to the purchase of the Trump National Golf Club, which was formerly knowns at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa before The Trump Organization’s purchase in 2013. The payment was based on a dispute related to the return of membership deposits following the 2013 purchase.

Jury Trial Win

Representing the Plaintiffs in a business dispute, where they were offered just $30,000 prior to trial, David Fraser, John Silverfield and Paula Hughes handled a three-day jury trial and were awarded $318,000.

Michigan Court of Appeals Win
