Attorney Daniel Fraser successfully argued in front of the Second District Court of Appeal. In an opinion issued February 28, 2020, the Second District Court of Appeal affirmed the dismissal of our client based upon claims of alleged fraud. The case is now remanded to the trial court where we will seek the client’s attorneys’ fees incurred in defense.
