Jury Verdict in Favor of Holmes Fraser Client

In Collier County Case No. 15-CA-1863, after approximately five minutes of deliberations, the jury returned a verdict in favor of our client related to an alleged construction defect. We will now seek our client’s attorneys’ fees incurred.

Update: we subsequently recovered attorneys’ fees for our client.

Jury Trial Win

Representing the Plaintiffs in a business dispute, where they were offered just $30,000 prior to trial, David Fraser, John Silverfield and Paula Hughes handled a three-day jury trial and were awarded $318,000.

Michigan Court of Appeals Win
